"The staff were exceptional very approachable, friendly and extremely helpful. All spoke english which was very helpful. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was excellent. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere, pleasant aroma, accessibility to all areas of the hotel and grounds was very good. The spring water pool, infrared and sauna facilities were very tranquil and relaxing. Refreshments were available and the staff were continually checking the facility for clean towels etc. Our suite was brilliant. We had a large balcony with comfortable seating, a powered retractable awning and full power operated shutters. There was an espresso coffee machine, full sitting area with large couch, armchair and coffee table. There were light screens that you could manually open and close to seperate the living room area and the bedroom. The bed was luxurious, premium quality and extremely comfortable. The laundry service was included and I had my fresh clean clothes returned well before checkout the next morning. We had roomservice for dinner and the food was outstanding as well as the prompt service. There is also a well stocked minibar. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. There are several outdoor seating areas around the grounds where you can enjoy the views of the mountains, castle and Vaduz. The only negative is that we were only there for one night, but it honestly felt longer! Highly recommend and hope to go back again and stay longer !!"

"Front desk staff were extremely courteous, provided us with a map and some ideas for shopping and dining nearby (though prepare yourself for the price of dining out in Switzerland generally). During my family’s 2 week European trip, Central Hotel Post had the most comfy beds of our entire vacation, and the strongest water pressure of any shower I have ever seen (always a pleasant surprise, in my book). Our 3 rooms were spacious and very clean, we had windows that opened up to the square below, and some of the beautiful mountains surrounding, and there was an elevator/lift; we rented a car and there seemed to be no on-site parking for the hotel but we found a parking garage close by that was free on Sundays (hotel staff also gave us other options). Chur is a bit of a sleepy town so very quiet and walkable. We had a short stay and breakfast was pretty good for that period, not overwhelming variety but enjoyable nonetheless. We stayed here for an overnight before catching the Bernina Express the next morning and it is a very short distance to the train station (and the Europcar rent-a-car next door). I’d be happy to recommend this hotel to family and friends who hope to do something similar in future."

"Three of my friends and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and plentiful, sauna was perfect after a long day of skiing. The bar was great and Stavros our bar tender made the best drinks for us while we enjoyed the piano player every evening before dinner. The entire staff was attentive and remembered our preferences with food and drinks. Beds were comfy in the two bedroom suite we shared. Definitely a great stay for a week of skiing. "
