1. Visitor Policy: All visitors are considered guests, regardless of whether they spend the night. They must be included in the total guest count.

2. Additional $50 fee per guest per night after 10.

PLEASE NOTE : The lower floor includes a separate suite with its own private entrance from the back, where the host and two elderly residents live. While the backyard and driveway are shared, your privacy will be fully respected during your stay.

We will never rent this location ever again
There were aspects that were very pleasant about the place. But the fact that the ground rules were not placed in the info about the place was very disrespectful. Positives • The layout of the upstairs was good Negatives • the layout with the downstairs was weird and no top sheets on the bunk beds. • Hot tub •••limited hours ••• must wear clothing ••• you expected us to maintain it with chemistry ••• awkward having to go from the front of the house to the hot tub • Trash & recycling, which we know how to separate ••• expecting the renter to put the trash out on Friday We will never rent this location ever again
