Quaint and charming
The property was a great vrbo. The kitchen appliances were new and the pictures of the property were accurate. The door to the master bedroom was broken and the staircase outside the front door needs to be replaced. The patio in the backyard was nice to accommodate our party of 6 .Overall ,a great experience

I liked that most of the rooms were very clean. The kitchen cupboards and countertops were very shabby, although the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in. There are ant traps in every corner and still some ants running around. The front steps up to the first-floor front door were old and dirty. They were difficult with suitcases. The unit could easily sleep 5 people with 3 single beds and a queen. There is a nice balcony to sit outside off the kitchen. The suite is not well sound-proofed so I could hear the downstairs tenants talking every night until 2:30 a.m. under the queen bedroom. Uber would only come to the back alley and the lot was a mess behind the house. Overall it was a nice place

Great location but left some things to be desired
The pros: location, excellent and responsive host, newer towels and linens and plenty of supplies such as cleaning, spices The cons: general lack of cleanliness: blinds and windows were filthy, fridge and stove needed to be wiped clean, the yard was unkempt. This main floor of an older house shared the vents and heating with tenants who smoked and were up late - not noisy parties or anything- you could just hear them talking at 2 AM.some nights.
