Safe, clean and comfortable with lots of natural light basement suit in a lovely upscale neighbourhood. Wake up every morning after a goodnight's rest and fall in love with the natural beauty of Cloverdale.

Enjoy restaurants galore such as Tim Hortons, Brownies Chicken, Pizza, Vero's Hamburgers, and Sushi. Need groceries? We have 2 within a 5 minute walk. Want to go downtown? Take the bus over to the Sky Train (the brand new Sky Train will be passing nearby this house in 2028).
