"The house was exceptionally beautiful and in traditional keeping with the Mani architecture. Extremely quiet and remote with fabulous views. Great exploring and the most important for us was the wild flowers - exceptional in April. The house is very cosy and well equipped and even broadband is available despite it's remoteness. "The house is beautiful, with lots of seating areas, good sized bedrooms and a lovely garden and terraces. These combine great views of the sea and mountains, with sheltered places to eat and cook outside. The area of the Mani the house is in is dramatic and surprising, and Kiparissos is a great base to explore it all. Last but not least there are two delightful beaches within 5 minutes walk, both often deserted and with lovely clear water. We look forward to returning!"

La coin cuisine pourrait être amélioré en particulier autour de l’évier ou l’eau ne peut pas s’écouler autre qu’au sol. Vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine sommaires et pas de torchons. "It started badly. It took 4 attempts to get check in details via 3 different people. Then, when we arrived at the admittedly charming location, things unravelled further. the very first thing that hit us was a fusty smell of neglect as we opened the door. We do not think the description or the website is accurate. Far from being - as promised - a charming holiday cottage with a warm and cosy atmosphere - it is a rundown, cramped, shabby bungalow in desperate need of maintenance. The woodwork...

"A small gem set in unspoilt countryside with breathtaking sea views. We had a lovely time in the house of Dilly, who is an absolutely charming host. It's just five minutes from the beach and the friendly little port of Agios Nikolaos. Lots of great walks in the area and excellent restaurants. Lovely experience, we'll be back with great pleasure. "We had a very disappointing stay in this apartment in July. Both the apartment and the owner fell far below our expectations, especially given how expensive the place was. For details, read on. We had been assured by the owner that wonderful cross ventilation made air conditioning unnecessary, but this was definitely not the case in the summer heat. With just one lone air conditioner in a three bedroom house, the place was so unbearable that we had to move our kids to the LAS hotel across town...

"Simple, rustic building with loads of charm and character. Nice hot shower, warm cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Right in the middle of the village with the taverna opposite. We had a great dinner there and walked back down our cobbled path to our stone hideaway. The entire village is very scenic with stone towers and cobbled streets wherever you turn. Will try to visit this area again!"
