"absolutely amazing customer service. there was a little complication during our booking and rosella gave us an upgrade which was so generous. the restaurant was cheap and tasty. overall it was a really good stay. i would only say maybe add some sort of lock onto the air lodge but other than that it was great "

The staff was very attentive, breakfast and pool perfect and location fantastic. The lake is a 5 min walk, bus stop and port were within 10 min as we mainly used public transport. Downtown Padenghe was a beautiful surprise. "

"The staff was wonderful. The check-in process was fast and simple. We felt we were at home and felt very comfortable with our kids free to walk around the resort grounds. The two pools were amazing. One dedicated for pool fun and kids and the other pool was meant for more of a relaxing quiet experience. Our 3 bedroom villa was perfect for our family of 5. "Hotel is in a quiet lakeside spot. It is spotlessly clean and very well furnished. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There are a couple of restaurants by the lakeside if you want to eat out and the ferry dock is a couple of minutes walk away, if you want a boat trip on the lake. We will definitely stay here again. "It could use some updating but met all our expectations. They were very nice and accommodating. It was close to the lake with direct access. We had a few ants but they came quickly and sprayed all around the wall base and that took care of them. The kitchen had most all necessary items however there was no oven. In our apartment the parking was to small for our vehicle but they offered alternate parking close by. We went to Venice by train and Verona by car. "
