"My husband and I traveled to Destin to visit family who lives nearby. This property was in close proximity to the airport, beach, and other local attractions but didn't feel "touristy". The golf cart was a very nice touch, and we made use of the tunnel that crosses 98 to access the guest pool, Baytowne Wharf, and the grocery store. "The condo was 0.4 miles from the beach. The back deck overlooked the pond. The pool was just steps from the back of the condo. The neighbor hood was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked "

"The home is lovely, feels new and was very clean and bright. Comfortable beds and sofas and lots of balconies! "To have such a great house that needs attention. For the bad stuff that is so easily fixable if paying attention... Living area carpets, pillows and couches were filthy. We pulled blankets off the beds to cover the couches. Lighting, so may bulbs not working or so dim they were unusable. Pool house had a portable AC setting in the room vented out the window with duct tape. Master shower water pressure was so bad and all it took to fix was cleaning the screen filter.
