"It has beautiful views from the restaurant below street level. That is the best thing about this place. The locks and all the security gates, etc. are very trying, and the stairways are all a bit scary. The neighborhood, while cute and funky, has very narrow streets, like a maze, and the hotels here do not offer anywhere to park. The whole area on weekends is very crowded and noisy with street performers competing loudly for attention."

"In a very expensive resort town near Valparaiso, this modest little motel in Vina del Mar is a relative bargain. Pleasant staff, good location around shops and restaurants, it is also easy to get to the ocean front."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly."

"Nice hotel in an area a little away from the main points of Quintero. I had a few problems with the service in the hotel. Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. "This place IS NOT was it used to be.....Every time I came to Chile I stayed at this place but for my next visit I will be looking for a new one. This hotel now is dirty a bad bad customer service. I am really disappointed. Many bad little things happened during my stay. Even the surrender areas are bad and made feel unsafe. Casino was terrible and almost impossible to get a drink. Overall "Bad Experience""
