"This property was very impressive - a beautiful view from every angle. Would recommend to anyone. A couple of small issues - with the hair dryer - the heating element was burnt out. Yes, a washing machine is available but there was no laundry detergent provided. I left a small bag for future residents. "

"Jättefint nybyggt lägenhetshotell med hög standard och mkt smakfullt inrett i modern minimalistisk stil. Allt var verkligen jättefint. Tvål/ schampo etc fr Ritusls. Egen incheckning ( i november) med sms info och digitalt med koder, inga problem! Ligger nära t restauranger, Cafeer, mataffär och stranden. Hotellet har en fin liten infinitiv pool på 3:e vån. Med utsikt över staden. Nära till Tram / spårvagnsstationen som man lätt kan gå till. Ett underbart ställe som vi gärna återkommer till. "

"Stylish penthouse apartment with wow factor. Large private sun terrace with small heated pool and comfortable furniture. We ate out every night but there are basic cooking facilities in the apartment. large TV with satellite and excellent wifi. Cala Finestrat about 100m away with pretty beach and good choice of restaurants. A lovely relaxing place to stay in luxury."

"Wonderful front staff and management. No complaints there at all. Only an issue with the shower drainage (it did not drain and the floor stayed saturated and flooded). Once reported, the maintenance tried to say it was user error but I have stayed in a different unit before with no problem. I hope it gets resolved."

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gran Bali

"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good. "

"Lovely bright sunny apartment, in a brilliant location close to beach, town and tram stops. Spacious balcony with sun shutters and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed two weeks and would definately return if back in La Vila, the host Pedro lovely friendly welcoming guy, and nothing was a problem to him when you ask, over all a 10/10 experience😁"

"The villa is stunning and even better in person than in the pictures, we had 10 of us staying there and it never felt crowded or on top of each other. The host and cleaner we had brilliant communication with throughout and even was ok with myself and my partner viewing the villa at the start of the year. We finished our stay off by having our wedding on the roof top with 30 of our close family and friends which everyone said was gorgeous and the views to die for. Would 100% be recommending the villa and villajoyosa to everyone."

"Stayed in suite B403 amazing corner apartment with panoramic sea view Ultra modern inside with top quality furnishing. Lovely pool and very personal service literally can’t do enough for you. Makes you feel very special. Thank you to all the staff especially Louis behind the bar"
