You can enjoy a private and enclosed garden of approximately 1000 m².
The house consists of a large living space with TV, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
You will find a first bedroom (bed 160) and two other bedrooms (bed 140) as well as a bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a separate toilet.

Great spacious well equiped house in quiet neighbourhood

Disappointed
The villa was nice but the air conditioning was not working when we arrived. The lady at Immo loc insisted that it was working but it was not, even though the outside unit was turned off. It took four days of us insisting that it wasnt working before the owner came and turned it on. We cleaned the villa thoroughly when we left but the villa had not been cleaned properly for us, there were cigarette butts in the barbecue and long black hair in the bathroom.

Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus ist wunderbar angelegt und ausgestattet. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum des Orts, nachts ist es jedoch herrlich ruhig. Wie werden das Haus vermissen.

Proche du centre, des commerces et des sites touristiques. Climatisation très appréciable avec la chaleur de l'été. Maison spacieuse et confortable (même si la douche mériterait une petite rénovation pour être à la hauteur du reste et un lavabo dans les WC serait bienvenu).
