The house includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and hand shower, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets, kitchen open to the living room and dining room giving access to the covered terrace and to the pool area.
Lou Mazinou is located in the district of Savel, in the plain of Mazes in Vallon Pont d'Arc.
The supermarket and bakery are distant of only 800m.
The banks of the Ardèche are 500m.
The center of Vallon Pont d'Arc is less than 3km, with all its shops and market.

An excellent modern property
A modern, clean, bright and airy property right in the heart of the Ardeche region and ideally placed to explore it. Easy to find with the owners living just a few minutes away and a handy pizza restaurant just up the road and Vallon a couple of miles away with numerous restaurants.

Voortreffelijke vakantiewoning
Nederlands sprekende verhuurders die ons al voor de vakantie begon op de hoogte hielden over de aankomst Eenmaal aangekomen werden we hartelijk ontvangen en alles werd voortreffelijk uitgelegd ook wat er in de omgeving te doen was. De villa was superschoon goed onderhouden en ook het zwembad werd regelmatig schoongemaakt Supermarkten restaurants en natuurlijk Vallon pont d'árc allemaal vlakbij.. De eindschoonmaak zou ik adviseren om die niet zelf te doen want ondanks dat we best goed schoongemaakt hadden was het niet goed genoeg dus voor die 80 euro extra gewoon uitbesteden die eind schoonmaak. Kortom een echte aanrader deze villa en denk dat we zeker nog wel een keer hier terug willen komen

A notre arrivée, les propriétaire des lieux nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup d'empathie, nous avons été mis à l'aise de suite. Petit tour du bien afin de découvrir les différentes pièces, l'équipement proposé très complet ainsi que la piscine. Nous avons passé un séjour correspondant à notre attente. Super accueil des propriétaires, la villa est magnifique et toute équipée. La piscine est de bonne taille mais l'eau était un peu froide, mais ça n'a pas empêché les enfants d'en profiter.

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Marc et Régine. Ce sont des hôtes très dévoués et disponible pour le bon déroulement du séjour. Ils sont très réactifs à toute demande de notre part. Nous n’avons manqué de rien durant 1 semaine. Ils nous ont même conseillés sur ce qu’il y avait à faire dans la région. Merci pour ces vacances et au plaisirs de vous revoir !!

Skønt feriehus beliggende i fred og ro. Ikke langt fra byen med indkøbsmuligheder. Meget flinkt værtspar som var meget hjælpsomme. Huset var meget rent og pænt. Vi havde dog lidt svært ved at finde huset da vi ankom til byen. Men med lidt hjælp fra nogle lokale, lykkedes det. Selve området er fantastisk smukt. Bjerge hvor end man kigger hen. Små hyggelige byer med smalle gader og masser af atmosfære. Desværre var næsten alle butikker og restauranter lukkede. ( medio oktober) Alt i alt et skønt sted, dejligt hus, flot natur, SKØN FERIE

Magnifique moment
De passage deux jours sur Vallon Pont d'Arc où nous avons été attirés par la Grotte Chauvet et le Pont d'Arc, nous avons trouvé une région magnifique. Et cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons séjourné dans une location de rêve où tout est prévu pour passer d'excellentes vacances. D'ailleurs, nous avons décidé de revenir l'an prochain pour les grandes vacances. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont aux petits soins avec un vrai accueil. A très bientôt !!!

Leuke en gezellige woning met alles voorhanden. Praktisch ingericht. Het zwembad zorgt voor een goede verkoeling. Goed gelegen maar toch rustig. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en bereidwillig.
