La Pichouline is an independent apartment, bright, colorful, spacious, in the village center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, in a 17th century stone house. It has been completely renovated with natural and healthy materials like hemp, lime, wood, double glazed windows. Old tomettes respected. It benefits from thick walls, from where a great freshness in summer. It consists of a large living room, 55 m2 with kitchen giving in this stay. There is a room with a real double bed 120, another room with 2 real beds 90 that can meet. New bedding very comfortable. In the large living room a boat bed width 120 can be used for sleeping. An umbrella bed is available.

You will be at the gates of the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche, famous for its canyons, its wild landscapes. The alleys of the village will charm you with their architecture, as well as other typical villages in the area. Of course the famous reconstruction presenting the oldest prehistoric drawings, known to date, Cave Bridge of Arc, will not leave you indifferent .... It is 5 minutes from the apartment.
Many shops are at the foot of La Pichouline: glaciers, bars, restaurants, bakeries. Provencal and nocturnal markets in season. Reservations of canoes, caving expeditions, authentic products in my gallery, local producers, massages, etc ....

Wifi access. Unlawful downloads will be the responsibility of travelers. The entrance to the place is from 15:30 to 19h except special problems that travelers will want to inform me.
To see case by case. The departure is between 9am and 11am. Cleaning is proposed, package of 40 €, otherwise the premises will be given me in the state of cleanliness that you will have found on arrival. Small animals can be accepted after informing me.
I remain at your disposal to give you all kinds of information for your outings. The history of our heritage is intense transporting us in very remote times.

Urlaub Ende Juli bei hohen Temperaturen
Ende Juli waren wir inmitten von fast täglichen Markttreiben direkt vor der Haustür, zwar keine Autos, aber auch nachts laute Menschen. Es war sehr heiß, das Steinhaus kühlte etwas, aber es fehlte bei der Hitze eine Klimaanlage. Den Parkplatz zu erreichen brauchte es gutes Einparkgeschick. Ansonsten konnten wir uns gut selbst in der Küche versorgen und die Wohnung zeigt ein besonderes Flair; die Vermieterin war immer freundlich und erreichbar.

Appartement cœur de village
Appartement spacieux et cuisine bien équipé. L'appartement est situé en plein centre du village et donc plusieurs commerces accessibles à pieds. La photo de couverture de l'annonce ne montre pas l'appartement. Néanmoins, l'annonce précise une climatisation, un barbecue et un espace extérieur avec salon de jardin (visible sur les photos) ; il n'y a pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur, il n'y a pas de barbecue et l'espace extérieur est en réalité l'emplacement de stationnement pour la voiture dans une cour partagée non accessible directement depuis l'appartement. Il est donc impossible de manger dehors. Concernant le stationnement il faut savoir qu'en période estivale l'appartement se situe dans une zone piétonne tous les jours de 18h à 23h en plus des jours de marché hebdomadaire (jeudi de 6h à 14h) et nocturne (mardi de 15h à 1h00). Durant ces horaires aucune entrée ou sortie de véhicule n'est possible. Il faut se garer en dehors de la zone sur un parking (payant).

Très satisfait de la location (espace, charme de l'ancien, proximité du centre...), propriétaire sur place et très charmante et sympathique, dommage que le bruit des alentours (Rue, Bars, services techniques,...) gâche la tranquillité de ce lieu.

Sehr gut gelegen, aber laut
Angenehmes Steinhaus mit teils stilvollen, alten Möbeln aus dem 17.Jhd, direkt an einer belebten Straße gelegen, mitten in der schönen Stadt Vallon pont d'arc. Das war auch das Problem: Mehrmals wöchentlich gibt es morgens oder abends einen Markt. Direkt vor der Haustür fuhrwerken die Händler und flanieren die Menschen. Wenn der Markt abends ist, hat man Lärm bis ca. 24 Uhr. Beide Schlafzimmer liegen direkt zur Straße hin. Auch wenn kein Markt ist, ist es laut. Laut redende Menschen, aufgedrehte Mororräder, die die Straße passieren. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, ist es bei geschlossenem Fenster an heißen Tagen für empfindliche Menschen möglicherweise schwierig mit dem Schlafen. Die Fenster sind ganz gut. Mit Klimaanlage wäre die Wohnung perfekt. Die Wohnung war etwas staubig, Vielleicht war vor uns längere Zeit kein Gast dort? In der Anzeige sieht man einen Tisch und Stühle im Garten. Die Wohnung ist im OG. Einen Garten mit Tisch habe ich nicht gesehen. Nur den Hinterhof, in dem wir geparkt haben. Die Zufahrt dazu ist machbar, aber eng. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Etwas ärgerlich war nur, dass sie uns erst am 3. Tag gesagt hat, dass sie um die Ecke, außerhalb des Marktes, noch eine Parkmöglichkeit hat. Denn als am 2. Abend die Zufahrt zum Haus wegen des Marktes nicht möglich war, haben wir nur weiter entfernt einen Parkplatz gefunden. Und da er kostenpflichtig gewesen wäre, haben wir das Auto nach Ende des Marktes spät abends noch geholt. Die Wohnung ist m.E. seht gut geeignet für 3 oder 4 Personen. Grißer Supermarkt fußläufig. Schöne Innenstadt. Kanutour 7km war leider zu schnell vorbei. Auch als Anfänger gut machbar. Wir hätten aber lieber die 12 km machen und uns dafür 4...5 Stunden Zeit nehmen sollen. Mit Schwimmpausen an schönen Stellen. Es war nicht überlaufen. Vielleicht coronabedingt? Unbedingt die Chauvethöhle anschauen! Mit einigermaßen vollem Handyakku, da man sich die App runterladen sollte.

Heerlijke woning voorzien van alle, zij het wat verouderde, gemakken.
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Vallont Pont d'Arc. Deze charmante woning ligt midden in het centrum, maar je hebt geen last van de stadsgeluiden. De gastvrouw is echt een lieve schat! Ze wil het haar gasten graag naar hun zin maken en staat open voor vragen. Ze heeft een winkel onder de woning. De woning bevindt zich op de eerste etage ( geen bovenburen, daar bevindt zich een zolder, niet toegankelijk voor huurders). Je bereikt de woning met een wenteltrap, als u dit fysiek niet aankunt is de woning niet geschikt voor u. We mochten parkeren in de tuin van de gastvrouw, in de zijstraat om de hoek, zodat we ook makkelijk de auto konden gebruiken op de tijden dat het dorp, voetgangerszone is. De woning is voorzien van alle, zij het wat verouderde, gemakken. De woning was niet zo schoon als ik mijn eigen huis heb, maar daarin hanteert iedereen zijn eigen maatstaven. Wij hebben enorm genoten in deze charmante woning en vinden het een echte aanrader. De regio biedt legio mogelijkheden voor allerlei soorten uitjes. Het is toeristisch, maar als je druk bezochte activiteiten op tijden doet dat de meeste toeristen nog slapen of aan het eten zijn, is het prima te doen. Wij willen volgend jaar weer naar deze regio met vakantie. Dan gaan echter alle kinderen mee en is deze woning helaas te klein voor ons. Betekent wel dat een andere reiziger het geluk heeft deze woning bij deze lieve gastvrouw te kunnen boeken. Veel plezier!

Nous avons passe un superbe séjour . La location de trouve dans l'hypercentre avec tous les commerces et restaurants avec un parking . La cuisine très bien équipé , l'essentiel sel ,poivre ,papier toilette en arrivant font de petits détails et huile font que c'est appréciable . Pas toujours le cas dans les locations. Un séjour exceptionnel. La propriétaire a fait preuve d'une très grande gentillesse et son accueil est vraiment excellent. Sa connaissance de Vallon et de la région sont appréciables. Elle nous a rendu d'immenses services et nous la remercions pour cela. Son appartement est très bien situé au cœur de Vallon. La location est très confortable tout en gardant le charme de l'ancien. L'appartement est bien situé dans le centre de Vallon Pont d'Arc, les commerces et animations sont à proximités. Le logement est vieillot, mais reste confortable pour un séjour de vacances. Une place de stationnement pour le véhicule est possible dans la cour. Inconvénient: la fenêtre des chambres donne sur la rue ce qui impose leur fermeture la nuit pour dormir.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte situé en plein cœur de Vallon Pont d’Arc.Le gîte est plein de charme,bien équipé et très fonctionnel;nous étions 2 adultes ,2 enfants de 12 et 2 ans et on s est tous bien senti dans ce gîte. La cour pour garer la voiture est un petit plus !!! La propriétaire est très accueillante et plein de bons conseils pour visiter la région . Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir
