"This is a stunning hotel right in the heart of the city, nothing is more than a gentle 10 min stroll away. The staff are excellent and great at communicating before you arrive. The decor is beautiful, at times its like staying in one of the palaces you visit. Only negative is that you are in the heart of a city and it gets VERY noisy at night but some white noise played on our mobile solved that problem. If I could I would give it 11/10."

The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect.
