"We have stayed in Italy for our summer holidays for years but this was our first time in Terni. The house was larger than we expected and plenty big enough for us and then some. The living room has high ceilings, the kitchen very well equipped and plenty of space to sleep upstairs (three bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms) downstairs there was a games room with further beds which the kids made use off in addition to a larger bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. "We spent a wonderful week at Domus Clara! The communication with Luisa was very easy and she always responded right away. The house is lovely with everything you would need for your stay. It is centrally located so easy to visit various towns and villages in Umbria each day. The layout of the house was great for our family of 3 with our daughter having her own en suite room. But it is really the outside spaces that make this home awesome! It was very hot during our visit and the pool was great...

"What a lovely home, perfectly situated in a beautiful town in such an amazing region. A great base from which to explore Umbria. We stayed 5 nights but would loved to have stayed 2 weeks. For the uninitiated in old towns, if you plan to drive, navigating narrow streets of Spello can be very stressful and finding this house was quite tricky (but well worth it). "Lots of space in this old family home, both inside and outside. Great location for heading off to the mountains and exploring Spoleto. Closer by, are the walks and views from Monte Mariano and a rustic lunch at Rifugio San Gaspare. The host, Elizabetta, was always immediately available."

"Per il prezzo chiesto non ci si poteva aspettare molto, ma almeno un bagno decente dove ci si possa voltare e senza puzze di scarico... Per andare sul water occorre mettere i piedi dentro la doccia. Dall'esterno locale un po' fatiscente, disordinato e sporco che fa il paio con gli interni. Sicuramente non andrò più prima di una ristrutturata totale. "
