"The chalet is situated on a very quiet road with spectacular views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The chalet is spacious and comfortable on 2 floors. We were 6 adults staying with plenty of room however although there are 2 bathrooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs) there is only one toilet. The drive way is long and narrow and parking 3 cars on it was a bit difficult ."

"Great place for groups or families. Positives fantastic pool hot tub steam room, beans in the coffee machine, WIFI, netflix, seating areas, BBQ, views, security, ambiance. Bath robes, Negatives. Not suitable for large vehicles ie camping car, on side of steep hill with difficult access must have car, no wc in master bed room, not all lights worked, disposing if recyclables, no tea towels or cleaning cloths, no pool towels. "Our stay was more than perfect! The property owner was amazing and made us feel right at home. We are a family of three and felt like we fit just fine. The hospitality from the property owner was out of this world and we could not have imagined staying with anyone else. This property sits back on a beautiful mountain ridge with easy access to shops and restaurants on foot. Pictures do not do the view justice. This will not be the last time we stay, for sure!"

"Hôte très aimable et agréable toujours des réponses à nos interrogations très souriant. Chalet très beau et très propre. Nous étions 6 personnes adultes et nous avions beaucoup d'espace. Tout ce qu'il fallait pour faire à manger et même beaucoup plus. Vraiment si il y a un gîte à louer c'est celui ci. Pour nous c'était la seconde fois et je suis sûr qu'il y en aura d'autres. Thônes est très bien situé pour les randonnées et visites des villages"

"We loved our few days in the Faverges/ Annecy areas. The apartment is in a beautiful little hamlet of Faverges which is so quaint itself. We loved the weekly market and wandered the town soaking up the sun and mountain views. Away from the bustle of Annecy but an easy drive in. Would definitely recommend and stay again . Hosts very accomodating and the apartment well equipped with all we needed."
