"This was an excellent stay for a night. Few minutes walking distance from the train station/Grand canal. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She seems to really care about creating a comfortable stay for each guest. The complementary breakfast was also really good, with hot dishes, pastries, cereal, fruit, toast, salad, cappuccino etc. the room itself was very clean and modern with a large and comfortable bed. "

"While the staff was very nice, there was a lack of clear communication around front desk times and basic ‘front desk’ type questions such as bus schedule or restaurants. Our room was nice but had some unexpected quirkiness such as the toilet ran and trash from another guest. There was a nice steam shower and good location! "

"Convenient area, quiet BUT aircon already programmed for winter and October still warm weather, bring ur own shampoo, lotion, they only have body wash, check for mosquitos and make sure their mosquito repellent is working. The property was an old convent and use San Angelo station from sta Lucia’s train station, less bridge easy for the luggage. Staff are nice."
