"Checkin was painless and efficient; not happy with no meat offered for the breakfast but rest of it was fine. Got stuck in an elavator at 1:00 am for about half an hour till a desk clerk was able to manually get me out. Went to LL by mistake and then tried to go to 1st floor but would only move up a little and stop between floors which wouldn’t allow the doors to open. Nice stay in Hershey

"Centrally located hotel that offered a clean and welcoming environment. Cory and Linda were great at the front desk. Generous free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Lots of children staying at the hotel, but once in the room, it was peaceful and quiet. "
