"The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. Easy walk to bus stop. Ski buses are very reliable and easy! Note that breakfast is not included for apartment and no access to pool or other areas of the hotel. We found a great alternative at the Alpen Hotel Plaza (50 euro)...
