"Lovely house in good condition with easy walk to Azay le Rideau. Very similar feedback to other reviews - noticed little things like some broken crockery and freezer door but this was no problem with spares and expected when renting a big house in summer. We were 3 families (4 children) - the kids all slept in the bunk bed room and one couple slept in the slightly separate building but this was fine. Our house was very well equipped, beds comfortable , baths beautiful. It was very clean, and charming. You are on a wonder bike/walking path, and near a small village for supplies as well as the lovely town of Chinon. We certainly hope to return."
