"The gite is well equipped and is good sized for a couple. The two stand-outs for me were: The picture south-facing window, so had wonderful light and an incredible view that changed through the day: The downstairs bedroom which stayed cool even with 30c days. It's great location to explore the Cevennes and further south into the Herault. The area is astonishing and should be better known. "We had a wonderful stay with our kids and their grandparents at the house and Jan and his family were there to greet us and couldn't have been nicer. The house and property are in a great location for peace, quiet and beautiful nature! There was lots to do with Anduze and Alès being so close and the house was great to spend the day at as well! Nice hikes, swimming in the pool, BBQing, reading in the hanging chairs and dinners over looking the mountains was so relaxing. We highly recommend this...
