"The villa is huge and was spotlessly clean on arrival. There was everything we needed for a self catering break. The pool was beautiful as were the grounds. The real stand out for us though was the view, the best of anywhere I have ever stayed. "Very clean with modern amentities and quiet. Great wifi speeds. Terriffic view. We had a car so climbing up to the property was fine, but would be a challenge without a car (although good exercise!) Nearby Beaulieu-sur-Mer has great restaurants and large supermarket. Regular train and bus service at the base of the hill. 6 minute train to Monaco."

"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"

"We stayed for 7 days with family. The pool was amazing especially for 3 boisterous young boys. The house itself was jaded but perfect in that we didn’t need to be too precious. The kitchen was small but adequate well stocked with crockery but no chopping board. Mr Lopez would come daily and remove the rubbish and was available if we were to need him. You have to have a car to stay here and the winding mountain roads are not for inexperienced drivers, but it's a lovely place to relax and the pool is very refreshing with stunning views. "This was a surprise booking to treat my family to a beautiful villa with a to die for view with a pool and all the amenities. We wish we had more time but 4 days was extra special. Our thanks to Allesio and Giorgio for taking good care of us. We highly recommend! By the way, the listing says zero bathrooms when we booked originally. Actually there are 4 that are ensuite plus many WC's and extra bathrooms elsewhere. First Class! Wish the elevator worked, but didn't spoil the stay one bit."

"Amazing location located not too far behind the Monte Carlo, and for the same price as a hotel, you get a studio apartment. The breakfast was pretty good too and, while expensive, is likely a cheaper option for those eat a lot. The wifi was great at times and terrible at others, but I suspect that was somehow the fault of my devices since it worked perfectly at times."
