"Very well appointed and located studio apartment near Plaza de la Paz. Free parking down the hill and a fifteen minute walk to the Wine Bodegas. Daniel was communicative and helpful. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the apartment building is on a well traveled street (vehicular and foot traffic). Overall a good place to stay in La Rioja! "

"Receptionist was most unfriendly to the point of ignorance. The room price demanded on arrival was 50% more than advertised on the website. When this was pointed out he just asked if I had a booking - if not then this was the only price available. I refused to pay extra, went online and booked through an agency for the advertised price and went to the desk again with my booking confirmation. He slapped the paperwork, passport and room key on the desk, pointed to the sky and turned his back on me…I think he is not happy in his job."

"Absolutely beautiful building. We enjoyed the ambience and swing-jazz music playing softly in the glass-ceilinged courtyard. We appreciated having two armchairs and a coffee table. It is a shame that the housekeeping team were unable to remove or mask the unpleasant smell in our room. It seemed to come from the basin in the bathroom but permeated into the bedroom. "
