Great service by Nacho and his staff. As a whole, every interaction with the Lumi staff was very warm, friendly, and hospitable. The communication response time was quick and always helpful.
Signage to Lumi was abundant, clear, and very helpful. The signs were easy to identify during the day and at night. In addition to the signs, we used an offline google map of the area which worked well in helping us navigate the Valle. In our case, Google maps worked in getting us to Lumi. Between the Lumi signs and Google maps, getting there shouldn't be a problem.
The King/Deluxe Room: was stocked with a mini fridge and coffee maker. Nice added touches to the stay was being welcomed with robes, house slippers, and Finnish chocolates. In addition, the bathroom floor tile was heated and bathrooms had towel warmers. The shower consistently had warm water. There were three of us and the pressure and water warmth lasted for 3 consecutive showers each night.
Hot tub and sauna were well maintained, clean, and kept at a good temp. The sauna was heated very well too. The bread they served daily was "to die for!" One of us required a gluten free and dairy free breakfast, and the Lumi staff was more than happy to accommodate these dietary restrictions.
The beds were comfortable and cozy. The heaters in the space worked very well too - (We went in February).
Just a heads up, the WiFi is spotty. It got the job done, but expect the WiFi to be glitchy at times. Overall, a wonderful stay!
