Property and rooms were very clean. There isnt a reception area but there was always someone on the property to help. Breakfast is strongly recommended.

Property was nice it is all dirt road so do not come in a washed clean car.We were good with the service at first.they were able to change rooms for us as the first one was a little far.Second room closer to where we were park long story short there was no hot water for a shower after using the pool.I called to let them know no hot water I was told someone from maintenance would be over they never showed up no one at the front desk answers the phone so disappointing.

Las Terrazas que tienen las habitaciones están geniales y el Jacuzzi por la noche de lo más agusto. Nos falto utilizar el fogatero pero para otra visita será. Sobre las habitaciones nos encanto que están separadas unas de otras y por dentro súper elegantes y agradables....La verdad nos encantó!!

Take slippers.
Our anniversary. Nice enough for location. The heating/ac is a wall unit... and works good enough. Not a criticism: The floors are COLD (trip in March) and we wish we brought our house slippers to help. Thick socks were not enough. Hopefully this is helpful info for some. The place is worth the price if you plan to stay on the grounds more than not.

Greeted with “No Lubricants allowed” excuse me?
I’m not a complainer and tend to understand circumstances and what not. But this place had us wondering what we paid for? The room was clean however we were greeted with a set of rules that threw us back. 1st thing out of the young girls mouth was No Lubricants! Or we will be charged 50.00 dollars for cleaning. No outside alcohol or we will be kicked out. No stains on the bed sheets - $50.00 dollars. More rules for the pool and so on. The amount of lecture we got again for what we paid and for the conditions of the place we could have stayed at a 2 star hotel. The pool cushions ripped, the cushions to the chairs dirty. There were dogs in the property that bugged all the guest if you were outside eating. Not okay with that. The property had one couple running the place during the day till 7 pm after that it was ONE security guard in the office. That’s it. You’re pretty much on your own!!

This is a great property in the middle of the wine valley. The grounds were in great shape and the buildings looked new. Perfect place to stay if you are looking to be close to all the wineries. Very quiet and peaceful.
