The dirt road up to the property is bumpy. Once you get there though it is a great little property with a very clean, large casita with a nice back patio, kitchen, a/c and is very comfortable. The person taking care of everything was always available. It’s in a neighborhood but feels safe and is very quiet. I would recommend, it’s great for the price.
Alberto was very accessible to talk to and contact. He waited for us when we arrived later than check-in so we could get settled. He always answered and attended to our calls. The houses are beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
Pros:
*The property was very cute.
*It was in a quiet area, and felt safe
*beautiful views
*nice out door patio sitting area
*has a full kitchen and some dishes
A few cons:
*coulda have been cleaner
*it was extremely hot (100 ) and the AC only works in the bedroom not the main area
*the shower water was just a light sprinkle- do not recommend shampooing your hair! It will take forever to get out
*Parking was really small- maybe 3 cars could fit there
* in a room with 4 people, we were given 2 towels for the entire weekend
*to add on to the towels- we couldn't find the worker man until we went to check out.
For us, unfortunately there was a language barrier but we still managed to communicate pretty well!
The little house is cute we thought we originally were getting a two bedroom house but it was a two bed and it the futon was considered to be the second bed so just be aware of that and you do have to travel through a long dirt road to get there so don’t expect your car to be clean driving back-and-forth on a dirt road other than that everything else is quite wonderful
It is a great deal, specially in Valle de Guadalupe. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The service was kind and helpful. It is not a fancy place if that's what you're looking for, it is a practical and very well located place to sleep at a great price.

Disliked: Staff & service
Cute spacious Casitas, but they dont have 2 beds in them, it is one queen bed and a small sofa pullout bed very small. It is not big enough for 2 people. They also do not speak any english... none at all!!
Surrounded by nature, very calming. 1 bedroom house, up to 6 people with a kitchen, living room and an outdoor patio. However the toilet was not working (no water) had to fill it with a bucket of water from the faucet prior to calling maintenance. It got fixed. Then to take a shower there wasn’t hot water. I called maintenance and then he turned on the boiler. Just thought that the boiler should be on when I arrived and not until I ask to get it turned on. Everything got fixed right away. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The dirt road has many bumps and dips. However being in a cozy 1bd 1 bath in nature is beautiful. Get to see sunrise and sunset. There’s bunnies at night. 10 min drive to the best vineyards and restaurants.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, the Casita was clean, the only thing I will recommend to people is do your reservation through the property, expedia charge $100 extra.
Relaxing spot and a short drive from some very nice wineries. WIFI, TV and air conditioning worked. Lots of barking dogs in the neighborhood, so luckily had some ear plugs when sleeping. Facility is still under construction and it's more of a budget spot so taper expectations.
Short drive to the main road, Jorge was friendly and checking in-out was hassle free. Pet friendly is a plus, the casitas are simple, clean and the grounds/pathways are very well kept. You have a barbecue area and Jorge will help you out with getting supplies for a fire pit at night, we will definitely book again for any future Valle trips.
the service was great, nice place I think a bigger tv or tv on the room will be better & for sure a heater the place was frizzing it was in February so make sure you pack a heater if you go on cold weather other than that its nice
