"We had a wonderful stay at the villa - we were a group of 10 adults and 2 children and used the villa as our home base for a week to explore the area (Pienza, Siena, Montalcino, Montelpulciano, etc). There are 4 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms which were fantastic for the families, plus an additional communal kitchen and living room for everyone to gather. It was the perfect setup as it gave everyone the ability to have some privacy as well as for everyone to congregate and eat meals...

Pitigliano is a wonderful local, rich in history going back 3,000 years to the Etruscans. Multiple Forts, Castles and Hot Springs are all within 10 miles of the Villa. "A typical italian countryside villa beautifully renovated situated in a very pleasant area with a well looked after and relaxing garden and veranda. Spacious bedrooms with useful furniture. Well equipped bathrooms. Spacious sitting room with an open space kitchen with all the necessary tools, pots and pans. The only thing missing was the WiFi, which is much needed in this day and age. Perhaps the host could also improve on the quality of bedding as we found the sheets not to be of very high...
