The property features a private chlorine pool that is heated for year-round use, offering a refreshing swim in the warmer months and a warm dip in the cooler months. The 6 x 4 meter round pool with a depth of 1.2 meters is surrounded by a terrace, ideal for sunbathing.

The house has two large bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed, so that 5 guests can rest comfortably. The house is equipped with central heating, making it the perfect year-round destination. The full bathroom has a shower and bathtub and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is well equipped, offering a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher among other things.
