Good hotel in perfect location. Basic 2 star, the only downside was the lack of storage limited how long one could stay here, just a few hangers under the TV and no space in bathroom. Staff was great.

Handily located for the train to Cannes, Antibes and Nice, Le Provence is a basic and old fashioned hotel in both upkeep and service. Bathrooms are small to the point of impracticality, the air conditioning nonfunctional and the WiFi weak. If all you need is luggage storage you can sleep whilst you’re mostly out partying, Le Provence should be your choice!
