We loved our waiter Natividad. He was great with everything.

The good: most beautiful resort I’ve ever been to (aside from JW Marriott’s). The grounds were absolutely beautiful and there were pools everywhere! The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. The drinks were good and plenty of them, there was a huge variety of restaurants and I loved that all the restaurants were centrally located. The room was INCREDIBLE! We had a family suite and it was perfect for our family of 5. My 9 year old enjoyed the kids club. You’re treated like royalty as soon as you arrive, however, shortly after that, service seems to diminish a bit. The “bad”: nothing about our trip was bad. The food was pretty good, a bit of a fancier pallet than we require, not too many options at each restaurant but nothing was bad… the service was sooo good upon arrival but around the resort, it was just ok. We had a really nice server, Maria at dukes surf & turf. The next day, we were turned away because they were closing in 20 minutes and they needed to clean which was annoying. I wished there was more pool chairs/huts at the main pool - I’d wake up and go set our stuff out at 8am and only got lucky one day to snag 2 pool chairs. The other thing I felt could be improved Was the entertainment- there was pool volleyball and pool dancing but only offered on the “adults only” side. I get separating the 2 but it would have been nice if they did it at both pools instead of just for the adults. (for reference my kids were 13,9,6mo). I’d definitely stay here again though!

We needed a quiet adult getaway and found this beautiful boutique hotel on here!! Couples only & all inclusive. I always wanted a swim up suite & it didn’t disappoint in any way. We had the hydrotherapy 30 min session & added the three upgrades. It was worth every minute & penny spent. The most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. Regina was amazing and explained every step of the hydrotherapy part. One day we never left the room! Stayed outside in the sun or shade all day & ordered room service, which is available 24/7!! Food was great and the staff is amazing.
