"My husband and I had a lovely week staying in this downstairs apartment. The kitchen / living room, bedroom and bathroom / laundry were suitable and well-equipped. The TV and A/C were in the bedroom which was fine. The driveway is extremely steep so we chose to park on the road. Sometimes we could hear the people upstairs but that is to be expected with an apartment. Thank you for making us welcome."

"Very nicely presented apartment in an excellent position close to the beach and cafes and shopping main street. Let down by having a very small bathroom not suitable for larger bodies. I am 88kg and I found it uncomfortably tight. Lack of off-street parking was a nuisance during the day: it is very close to the main Sawtell beach and beach cafe. Booking process demanded photos of ID and credit card be submitted through their website was unreasonable I thought. Probably won't book there again."

"We had a great stay here & will happily stay here again. The Property was clean & tidy with a home away from home feeling. It had everything we needed & the views were absolutely beautiful. No air-conditioning which concerned us when we booked but it didn't get very hot while we were there so it wasnt needed anyway. Highly recommended 👌"

"We has a 3 night stay 22-24 Mach 2024. The resort is very good, pool, spa are excellent. 1/2 court tennis as well. Has a cafe & restaurant (didn't try them). Has a boom gate secure undercover car park - only issue is the narrow car spaces. The resort was full. We came back sat night after 10pm and only 2 car spaces were left. But I couldn't park our medium sedan into any, as large SV's/Utes parked either side. If I parked in the space you couldn't open the door enough to get out. So...
