We had several guest come in drunk at 4 am and we couldn’t get them to be quiet for a hour and one guest wouldn’t leave our room. I contacted the after hour/emergency number but no one answered. "The hostel itself was fine. Pretty clean. The staff were nice. It’s just unfortunate that I only stayed 1 night out of the 5 I paid for because a few guests were beyond unhygienic. The entire room reeked of their stench and the staff couldn’t get me into another dorm. I know that’s a hard issue for staff to deal with and it wasn’t their fault. "

"The location is great and close to major attractions. My stay overall was decent, but the bathroom situation was not ideal. There was no shelves to put my toiletries and clothes. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a major downside. It was really slow and often unreliable. I ended up using my phone data to do my work. "

Haven in the middle of old city

"Great location in a super walkable area! The front desk staff were amazing and knowledgeable, especially Alina. Breakfast was excellent and fresh. Our room was beautiful and very clean. We were on the third floor and it was remarkably quiet and peaceful, even during the last night of las fallas! "
