Nice hotel with good location and great service
Location was excellent and neighborhood was safe and quiet. Hotel staff was super kind and we had great service! We were also pleased that our room was quite big.

Front desk was not only friendly but extremely helpful in suggesting ways to enjoy the area. We wanted a nearby craft beer pub and they were right on it. They provided helpful eating options and gave us a map of the area. By the way we found an unbelievable Irish pub that had many on tap beers from all over-new favorite Chouffe Cherry. Rooms were very comfortable and you didn’t hear noises from any other room-slept real well, beds were nice and comfortable. Our kids (all grown up) had their own room and they loved it as well. Would definitely return!

This lovely hotel, locate in the Plaza San Sebastián, is next to the botanical garden and close to restaurants and places for wine. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfy and the black-out blinds were so nice to have. We will stay here again!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in a great room. Staff very attentive and kind. Located just outside the old center near a church. Neighbourhood looks kind of tough but is very quiet. Great location for a city trip and also near a bike rental place.

This place is beautiful. From the moment you walk in, the staff are ready to greet you and give you a free walking tour of Valencia. Our room was a great size and so clean. We have no complaints! Also, you are walking distance from the Torres de Serrano and gardens. I recommend staying here!

Perfect service, room, location, and food
Very nice, friendly team. Breakfast there is amazing and a great value (9 Euros for the buffet - as of Jan 2024. Lunch is also just perfect. One of the best places in the city (literally). Great location.. Very happy here and will definitely stay here again.

Nearby the center and Turia. Bike rental was very easy- helpful in city. Supermarkets and bars just some steps away. A bit noisy- but with earplugs everything is fine. Beds are comfortable. Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights.

A good choice
Ideally situated for tourist attractions notably wonderful San Nicolas church and large food/ local produce market. Also a rarity just 100 metres away: a well run local bar happy to serve wine and no pressure on food. Nearby El Cabanyal has great reputation for its paella but was unfortunately closing the evening we visited! Male desk clerk was amazingly helpful, room was lovely, but breakfast chaotic: a bit of management would not go amiss. Also pouring with rain in the morning and hotel would not loan us an umbrella as they were 'pre-booked' by other guests: a poor decision...

Nice hotel
Nice location and room. Kind and helpful staff. The room had a empty fridge, which you can use for your own drinks etc. Perfect! Also a good breakfast that wasn’t too expensive.

Hotel has a good location. Very friendly front desk people, not the same in the cafeteria place. It looks they don't clean the bathroom or the room, they just made the bed. We stayed a couple nights, but we won't stay again.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom of one of the rooms. The hotel wasn’t in a bad location, however the surroundings were deserted and seemed a bit unsafe with police cars patrolling the area.

Room was clean, modern and spacious, mine was facing the alley, which was nice (facing the inner yard might be boring). Small balcony with rolling shutters for absolute darkness and silence (rarely seen that in a hotel before). Walls are a bit thin (common in most city hotels), but other guests were quiet in time, so not much bother. Enough space for clothes and luggage as no one goes there for a two week vacation. TV has only Spanish channels DMAX, but I had my Firestick, Internet connection was great. Breakfast is not extensive, but has everything you need (incl. non-dairy milk) and was really good, better than most city hotels. City center is a 5 minute walk away, busses to go everywhere are around the corner, metro (from/to airport) is a 5 minute walk (or one bus stop) away. All in all a full recommendation.
