This apartment was in an amazing location, clean, and so warm and cozy. I would stay here again.

I did not end up staying here because the place was closed when I reached in the night. But I was glad and relieved I could not stay here. The place is in a very dingy area and the street on which this place is dump. No clear signs to identify the building and tons of graffiti all around. I would not recommend for families who want to find a safe place to stay.

This place was is the worst I ever stayed, has a horrible smell oming out of the bathroom, gets really warm so when you put on the AC takes a lot of time to cool off, no ejevator, not clean, and service was bad, the girl name Lorena I believe cause she never say her name, I ask someone else , never respond to my 3 messages.. I have proof of it. Terrible experience.

Notre chambre était similaire à celle présentée dans l'annonce, mais nous n'avions pas accès à la terrasse présentée. Plusieurs items étaient manquants ou en quantité limitée, comme les serviettes. Il est aussi à noter que la chambre n'a pas été faite durant notre séjour. Malgré tous ces inconforts, le lieu était lumineux, confortable et très bien situé.

Apartamento correcto, ubicado en una zona exterior del centro de Valencia con lo básico. Ambiente alternativo. En fallas mucho ruido. Si tienes algún problema lo tendrás que gestionar con su central. No hay conserjería y tiene algunos defectillos que habría que pulir. Hay de todo alrededor.

How to miss a good idea?
Good looking, it hides a lot of dirt and lack of service. There is no room service and there are missing services such as the dryer or the TV (there was one but no antenna cable or remote control). Dirt is the worst thing I've ever encountered. The dust and leftover food on the sofa bed mattress was outrageous. The water drains were all stuck in hairs. The two days we were there we had trash bags in the doorway. A pity, is unattended, hidden behind an apparent good initial image.
