Ideal location for tourists, lovely comfortable clean rooms, we had a balcony which was massive! Staff excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Good water pressure with walk in shower. Loved it.

There are numerous dining option within 2 blocks of this hotel. A great array of choices. The hotel was very central to all of out needs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location near estación norte and ayuntamiento square. Comfortable room with safe and coffee machine. Large shower. Only downside was noise from bars etc outside late into evening. Would stay there again.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean. Everything was very accessible. - bars, restaurants, old town, river walk and metro. Only downside was it could be noisy outside some nights.

Just returned from a four night stay at this lovely hotel. As a solo female traveller, it met my needs completely. The hotel is located close to a metro stop making trasfers easy, and there are many places to eat nearby. The area is very busy and vibrant, but I heard no noise at night and slept soundly. I chose a double room, which was large, a very comfy bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. An added bonus is a nespresso machine for free use! Effective air con - which was definitely needed for August! Breakfast is a simple but very adequate buffet, with friendly staff on hand - but there are places you can choose to eat right outside the hotel. I felt safe at all times, especially with 24 hour manned reception. A great stay. Thank you!

Really nice clean spacious room, friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was the internet from my room was so slow it was unusable..maybe just my room I don't know, but poor on both my laptop and also on my phone. Everything else was very good.
