Staying in this comfortable flat, you will be close to many of Valencia's main sightseeing areas such as the Cabanyal neighbourhood as well as Calle La Reina, Malvarrosa Beach, Paseo Marítimo and L'Oceanogràfic.
The living room has a cosy sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential utensils, cutlery and electrical appliances.
The property has three bedrooms: two doubles and one single. All are equipped with bed linen.
The bathroom is well ventilated and has all the basics. There are fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience.
There is also a washing machine and ironing equipment for your personal convenience.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPERTY IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY STAIRS AND IS ON A THIRD FLOOR.

In the Poblats Marítims district, the mainly residential neighbourhood of El Cabanyal-El Canyamelar backs onto a string of sandy beaches with a palm-lined shorefront promenade. Nearby streets draw summer crowds with souvenir stores, cafes, casual eateries, and late-night bars and clubs. Inland are the Mercat Cabanyal food market and the Museu de l’Arròs de València, focusing on the city’s rice production history.
The property is within walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk, but quite a bit away from the city center.
La Cadena Metro Station is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment and is connected to metro lines 4, 6 and Tram lines 4 and 5. There are also buses nearby the property as well.
Beaches like Platja del Cabanyal are also within walking distance of 10-15 minutes.
Valencia Airport is about 30 minutes by car (depending on traffic conditions) or 1 hour by metro.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
NOTE: The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator!
