The open-concept design seamlessly combines the living, dining, bedroom, and kitchen areas. You'll find a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed with bedding, two smart TVs (one for the bed and another for the sofa), and a dining table perfect for 4 people.

The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essential appliances for short stays, including an electric cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker.

The bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the studio is located on the ground floor of the building, offering easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This address is ideally situated for those looking to explore the city. With attractions such as Bioparc Valencia and Valencia Cathedral nearby, visitors will have plenty to see and do. Additionally, cafes like El Corte Inglés are within walking distance, providing a convenient spot to grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee. Whether you're a tourist looking to experience the sights and sounds of Valencia or a local wanting to enjoy the city's offerings, this location is perfect for both.

This property is conveniently situated just a one-minute walk away from Sagunt Tram Station and two nearby train stations - Estación de Tossal del Rei (1.2 km away) and Benimaclet (1.3 km away).

The Valencia Airport is just an 18-minute drive.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
