Welcome to our charming holiday apartment in the lively district of El Cabanyal!

The spacious apartment is on the ground floor and has a lovely 20m2 terrace.

The apartment is tastefully decorated with a cosy living room and two spacious dining tables. One of these can also be used as a study.

The spacious terrace has a dining table and a relaxing seating area.

The kitchen is equipped to prepare your favourite meal. It has a microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher. There is no hot water in the kitchen (but there is in the bathroom).

Die Wohnung ist ok. Es ist genügend Platz und alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Leider sind die Wände sehr dünn und die Wohnung damit sehr hellhörig. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein großer Supermarkt. Die Absprache mit den Vermietern war top.

Big flat, cozy BUT no Air conditioning
The flat is great - big, spacious, well equipped however the AC does not work at all - it was 33 degrees near the AC and the fans were pointless - they were just moving hot air around. There are holes around the windows through which hot air comes in. We could not sleep and had to change accommodation after 1 sleepless night... Also there were massive cockroaches in the bathroom but given the humidity in the city, it must be quite common. - Free parking around the area if you have a a car - communication with landlord was smooth but he did not want to do anything about the AC. - good location - supermarket next doors- convenient - 10-15min walk to the beach - the mattress of the bunkbed make noise when you move If you come outside hot period should be ok, if you come when its hot - i would not recommend due to boiling temperature inside
