Quiet but with plenty of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walking area. The apartment is on the third floor of a building of 7 floors with 2 lifts.

It has WiFi Internet connection and high-speed wire as being optical fiber.

It has air conditioning in two rooms. Safe, TV in living room and master bedroom. DVD, 2 bathrooms. 1 double bed and two beds of 1. 10 m wide, another bed 90. Option of adding a folding bed 80 cm.
