The spacious, tastefully furnished Lindoro flat (125m2) is located at the end of a side wing and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room and a garden. All around you can enjoy a marvellous view of the surrounding fields, meadows and woods.

A spacious entrance area leads to a large living room (with seating for nine people) on the left and from here to the kitchen. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bedroom with the double bed is connected to the bedroom with the two single beds and the brick wall. The two bathrooms are also on the first floor. The garden belongs to the flat.
There is WLAN. You can book air conditioning on the upper floor for an extra charge.

Lindoro is located in the centre of the small and picturesque valley of the river Tione, surrounded by beech and oak woods. Peschiera del Garda is 11 km away, the picturesque village of Valeggio sul Mincio 6 km and Verona 25 km.
The nearest bakery and a small supermarket are in San Giorgio In Salici (5km away) and five larger shops, including a large supermarket, can be found in Valeggio sul Mincio (6km away). There is also a bike hire service here.

Eine Woche am Gardasee
Das Appartement lag etwas abseits in den Weinbergen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden es wieder buchen.

Urlaub mit kleinen Macken. Aber sonst alles super.
Die Wohnung war sehr groß und hatte alles, wie beschrieben, was man brauchten. Mit der liebenswerten Daniela, die leider nur auf italienisch alles erklärte, verstand ich mich aber dennoch sehr gut. Auch die Dauerhaft wohnenden Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und halfen uns bei einem kleinen Problem. Nur was echt ne Katastrophe war , war der Weg zum Haus. Da könnte man sich ne bessere Lösung überlegen.

Der Anfahrtsweg ist wie schon des öfteren beschrieben eher für Jeep und Traktoren gedacht., dafür ist man dann auch in der Pampa auf einem Bauernhof und weit weg von allem, da wir genau das wollten: hervorragend!!!

Une magnifique maison dans la campagne italienne
La maison est vraiment très belle, construite ne matériaux nobles, le parfait goût italien, l'environnement est reposant et calme, . Elle est très proche à la fois du lac de Garde et des belles villes de Vérone et Padoue. Sans oublier que Valleggio sul Mincio est une très charmante bourgade italienne. Un bémol sur les équipements, cafetière, grille pain doivent être changés, il manque un lave vaisselle et aussi un peu de vaisselle pour une grande maison comme celle-ci.

Fantastische Alleinlage
Extrem ruhige Lage in einem alten, sehr nett renoviertem Bauernhof. Leider ist die 700 m lange Zufahrt ein Feldweg, für den man einen Geländewagen benötigt. In 20 Min ist man in Pischiera / Gardasee. Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert. Wir haben es dort genossen.

Schönes rustikales Landhaus im Grünen
Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Ein uriges großes Landhaus, in einem alten Bauernhof. Sehr große Zimmer die mit teilweise antiken Möbeln liebevoll eigerichtet sind. Die Küche ist total süß und rustikal, es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Haus hat zwei Bäder. Im Erdgeschoss mit Dusche und im Obergeschoss mit Wanne. Vor der Haustüre ist ein großer eingegrenzter grüner Innenhof. Hier kann man wunderbar frühstücken oder zu Abend essen. Man hört hier den Pirol und die Nachtigall singen, was mich besonders fasziniert hat. Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier genau richtig. Viele Ausflugsziele im Süden vom Gardasee sind leicht erreichbar und es gibt in der Gegend viele gute Restaurants, die überwiegend von Einheimischen besucht werden. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, was die Restaurantbesuche etwas eingeschränkt hat, weil hier oftmals Hunde nicht gestatten sind. Der Anfahrtsweg zum Ferienhaus war etwas unangenehm, da es eine sehr grobe Kiesstraße mit teilweise großen Steinen und Schlaglöchern, die eher für Traktoren als für normale PKW's geeignet ist. Hier könnte man die Anfahrt (einfach 800 Meter) etwas angenehmer gestalten, da man diese Straße ja täglich oft mehrmals fahren muss.

Une superbe semaine
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement Lindoro! l'appartement était d'une propreté irréprochable. Même sans climatisation en veillant a bien fermer les volets la maison a pu garder une certaine fraîcheur tout au long de la semaine. La communication avec Annette la propriétaire était parfaite. Daniela sur place un peu expéditive a l'arrivée mais tout fut OK tout on long du séjour donc en soit ce n'est pas vraiment un problème et puis la barrière de la langue n'a peut être pas aidé tt simplement ;-) La localisation de la maison est top pour rayonner sur le lac et pousser sans problème sur Verone et Venise. Merci beaucoup pour cette superbe semaine dans cette magnifique région et grace à cette belle maison!!

Entspannendes Ambiente
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Lindoro. Die Räume sind groß und der parkähnliche Hof lädt zum Entspannen ein. Mitte April war das Haus die ersten Tage recht kalt, das Heizen teuer, aber über die Kaution abgesichert. Der Charme des Hauses hat das für uns wettgemacht. Lindoro ist mit unbeschatteter Südausrichtung sicherlich noch das wärmste Haus gewesen. Im Haus riecht es wegen des alten Kamins in der Küche ganz leicht nach Rauch. Im ersten Stock waren in den Kinderzimmern einige Stinkwanzen unterwegs, evtl. weil es die ersten warmen Tage waren. Wir haben alle gefangen und rausgebracht. Das Restaurant im Hof war leider geschlossen. Es kommen einige Wanderer und Radler vorbei, das Valletta dell'eden mit seinem Sentiero dell'amore ist ganz in der Nähe. Gelegentlich hört man einen Traktor vorbeifahren und häufig die Kühe auf der Weide muhen. Wunderbare Stille. Signora Daniela war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Sehr zu empfehlen
Noch schöner, als auf den Fotos (für innen) zu sehen. Toll ist das Restaurant nebenan - günstig und sehr gut (ja, von Do bis So kommen ein paar Stimmen von dort, man ist also nicht ganz allein auf dem Hof). Für uns war die Wohnung fast zu groß. Drei große Schlafzimmer. Bisher gibt es in dieser Wohnung noch keinen Geschirrspüler, wenn man das unbedingt will, dann das andere App. buchen!

für einen wundervollen Herbsturlaub. Der Ort ist perfekt zum Runterkommen, sofern man wie wir Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag! gleichzeitig ist der trubel Veronas nicht weit entfernt und auch Venedig gut erreichbar. Die Teenager hatten ab und an etwas mit der Bauernhofluft zu kämpfen :-), aber auch Ihnen hat es gut gefallen.

Wohnen auf dem Lande
Eine tolle Wohnung in einem Landgut mit kleinen Nachteilen, im Erdgeschoß des alten Gemäuers schlägt die Feuchtigkeit durch die Wände und man sollte gut lüften, damit es nicht muffig riecht. Die Mücken sind kaum sichtbar, stechen aber dafür um so mehr. Der Weg zum Anwesen führt über eine holprigen und steinigen Weg und ist nicht für jedes Auto eine Freude. Dafür ist der Garten und der Freisitz schön und die Räume groß und schön.

1 Woche Appartement Lindoro, 2 Erwachsene + 2 Hunde
Das Objekt Lindoro haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Von Donnerstag bis Sonntag Abend ist das Restaurant geöffnet und wird hauptsächlich von italienischen Gästen genutzt. Dort kann man hervorragenden Wein und Speisen genießen. Wir haben in der schönen Landschaft die Eindrücke des bäuerlichen Betriebes und viel Ruhe, abseits vom Tourismus-Trubel vom Gardasee, sehr genossen.

Peaceful and loving place
Our stay in Valeggio couldn’t be better. The house was very spacious and the yard huge and well maintained so the kids could run. Daniella was there for anything we needed right away. Thank you for making our 16 days stay so great. Planning to go back next year.

Ruhe mit italienischem Flair
Sie lieben die Natur und die Ruhe ohne auf das italienische Flair zu verzichten? Dann ist das die richtige Unterkunft. Wir haben uns (Fam. mit 2 Kindern) hier für 9 Tage wohlgefühlt. Dank der Tiere waren die Kinder auch ständig draußen. Die Hunde und Esel wurden täglich gestreichelt. Bei unseren Abendspaziergängen konnten wir Glühwürmchen beobachten und für Stadtmenschen ist die Umgebung ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen. In der Wohnung haben wir genug Platz gehabt und alles was wir brauchten auch gefunden. Stecker die etwas breiter sind (Fön, Laptop) können nur im Bad an der Steckdose von der Waschmaschine genutzt werden. Umliegende Städte sind schnell zu erreichen. Verona, Bardolino (Gardasee) und Valeggio sul Mincio mit den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

De bon goût mais froid !
Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans l'appartement Lindoro, début avril. L'endroit est joli, typique et tranquille, un peu difficile à trouver, au bout d'un chemin difficile. Nous en déconseillons la location quand il faut mettre du chauffage : cet appartement est impossible à chauffer, trop grand, pas assez isolé, et pas assez de radiateurs dans les grandes pièces. Et si on laisse fonctionner le chauffage en permanence, attention à la facture finale ! Il est anormal que le compteur pour le gaz du chauffage ne soit pas séparé de celui de l'eau chaude (et le gaz pour cuisiner ?) car le locataire n'a pas à payer celle-ci. Il y a bien une cheminée ouverte, qui chauffe peu, surtout qu'il n'y a que des grosses bûches de chêne, pas de hache ni de petit bois. Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine essentiels. Pas de réseau pour les téléphones portables. Nous avons déjà loué des logements via Abritel en Italie, c'est la première fois que nous mettons un avis mitigé, sans doute parce que nous avons eu froid...

Entspannter Urlaub in großzügiger Ferienwohnung
Wir (2 Erwachsene/2 Jugendliche)waren für 14 Tage zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung Lindoro. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig und in altem italienischem Stil eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das angegebene W-Lan ist leider sehr langsam. In der Abgeschiedenheit der Wohnung insbesondere im Garten kann man sich sehr gut erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Das gegenüberliegende Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, man sollte jedoch zeitig eine Reservierung vornehmen. Die Wohnung ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Venedig, Verona und zum Gardasee sehr gut gelegen. Die letzten ca. 700 m sind allerdings reiner Schotterweg. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Lovely rural and rustic place!
This was a gem, hidden in the Veneto countryside, close to Lake Garda. The nearest town, Vallegio sul Mincio, has the local supermarket, and a beautiful garden to visit. We stayed in La Torretta, which was cool inside, even when the temperature reached 35C, and also had air conditioning on the top two floors. The bathrooms are good and the beds comfortable. We were impressed with the lovely crockery, beautiful linen sheets and large, fluffy towels. The kitchen is small, but most folk don't worry about that.The property is part of a group which have been conjured from the outbuildings of an ancient farm and defensive wall. Don't worry, there's plenty of space so you're not overlooked! Across the grass courtyard, which has a very old well in the middle, is a great agriturismo restaurant. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced, but if you want to book, check carefully as they don't open every day. All in all this property is comfortable and we would certainly go again.

Tolles Ambiente
Wer Ruhe und typisches italienisches Ambiente liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in der Wohnung "Lindoro" verbracht. Das Haus ist innen genau so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und auch aussen entspricht alles den Tatsachten. Mit unserer Vermieterin hat, trotz der Sprachschwierigkeiten, alles hervorragend geklappt. Das Lokal auf dem Grundstück bietet zwar wenig Gerichte an, dafür ist die Qualität und der Geschmack umso besser - der Preis auch!!! Also ich würde dort jederzeit wieder meinen Urlaub verbringen!!!

Good housing for family with kids
We stayed in the week prior to Easter, with 2 kids and two teenagers. The housing was nice, isolated but with a animal farm and restaurant close by. Even when the temperature rose to 25degrees, the housing stayed cool inside. Lots of room and big bedrooms. Linen was clean and available as much as we needed. Close to Verona (20min drive) and Garda-lake, also de Sigurtagardens were fantastic. Only downside was that the house manager only speaks Italian, so explaining to her our 6-year old broke two dinner plates was more a sign language thing. But overall we had a great time and would surely recommend this place if you want peace and not tpoo much luxury (both bathrooms are very basic but had all what we need) !!!!!!

Echt italienisch
Italien pur. Tolle Zimmer, jedes individuell gestaltet und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Eingebettet in Weinberge bildet die Ferienwohnung eine hervorragende Basis für Tagesausflüge an den Gardasee, Verona, Venedig oder auch Mailand. Abends kann man vor dem Haus bei einem Glas Wein die Ruhe und den seichten, erfrischenden Luftzug aus den Bergen genießend den Tag reflektieren. Die Italiener aus der Umgebung kommen zum Dinner gern in das gegenüberliegende Restaurant, welches neben einer sehr guten Küche auch gute Weine anzubieten hat. Alle waren super nett. Wir kommen wieder!!!
