"The owners of the place are fantastic, warm people, they welcomed us as family, despite the language problems :-) The flat is very clean, very spacious and perfectly equipped. The decoration, furniture and equipment is a bit old-school and used already, but still it is a great value for the price. We loved the garden, with small pool. Car is a must there. The way to Porto is very straight forward and takes about 20 minutes, same for the nearest beach. We highly recommend this place!"

Location is great for walking to restaurants, canal, shopping, etc. One issue is proximity to church which rang bells every 15 min all day (about 8AM to 10PM).
