Disappointed Grandma
My daughter and grands were looking forward to a nice getaway. We were taking the kids to Wild Adventures and looking forward to relaxing at the house and swimming in the pool. Upon arrival we found the pool had no water, the house had not been cleaned, there were dirty towels in the bathrooms, the prior tenants had left food in refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen floor had not been swept or mopped, two of the bathrooms were not cleaned and the back porch was filthy and cigarettes were left in ashtrays. So now not only were the children not able to swim but they couldn’t even get on the swing because the grass was too high to be in the back yard. After going out to Walmart to pick up cleaning supplies and I spent all night cleaning The host let me know that after she spoke with Vrbo they suggested that we leave the house but were was I going with 6 grandchildren myself and my daughter very disappointed!!! Never again!!!
