"Hohe Personaldichte sehr kompetent und freundlich! Traumhafte Location mit besonderem Flair durch die Bauweise und Lage. Auch die Gastro ist auf absolutem TOP-Niveau lediglich die Portionen sind ivm. Den 6-Gänge menüs manchmal etwas zu viel gewesen. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und dieser wurde nicht nur geduldet sondern war willkommen, begonnen beim Begrüßungspäcken für den Hund, über die überziehlacken für die Sofas bis hin zur Putzfrau die sich jeden Einzelnen Tag die Mühe machte die Haare...

"Rooms were awesome. Staff was super attentive. Hotel is next to a park which will be a plus but once per month there is a covert there and our night was the night. Heavy metal band playing very loud with lots of screams. After a long travel day we needed to chill and had to wait until 11 to do so."

"Kristall is an amazing hotel with a gorgeous view. When we arrived at 2pm we were told they would have an afternoon snack available from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. The snack was delicious with the hot snack being cheese gnocchi. After that we went and enjoyed the spa area. The pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub was nice. They had two different saunas, a Turkish bath (steam room), and then a cool down room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed...
