"The hotel looks very nice, breakfast really, really good, staff very polite and helpful, our family room was as new, so really enjoyed our stay. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the water in the hotel pool and its nearby jacuzzi was cloudy, nowhere near clear. It wasnt inviting and we didnt spend much time in it, so that was a let down especially as after 6pm you pay 20 RON per person to go into the spa area."

"I actually arrived a day before I had booked my reservation and Eszter was kind and helpful and got me in a day early! There was a private balcony that overlooks the Black Cathedral that I had all to myself and enjoyed a cup of hot tea complimentary included with the room. Very good location and multiple breakfast options from two easy to get to locations. I ate at the restaurant directly below my room which has vegetarian options too. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to a solo...

"This is an elegant old hotel. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean. There was no laundry facilities (even though it’s listed). The pool and spa area are fantastic!! Great sauna, steam rooms, we just loved the spa. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the restaurant on the 8th floor is very good!"

"I loved it here, had a lifestyle suite which was brilliant. Everything was really really great, the staff so kind and attentive and the food wasbrilliiant too. "This hotel is historic and has cool details, and is located very close to the old town square. The bathroom was clean, the breakfast buffet was ample, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a bonus for me, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you forget to reserve parking at the hotel in advance, there's a Regina Maria parking garage 10 mins walk away. My only negative was that the bed wasn't the most plush...it was just a thin mattress. But I was exhausted and slept fine regardless. "

"This was the perfect location to be near the Council Square. Everything was a quick walk. The only thing I was worried about was checking in after 7 pm which were closing hours. Luckily a lady near by let us in the locked door and my guest and I looked around for a room key in the main lobby that may have been stashed and luckily found it in a deposit box. Other than that, it was perfect!"

"Hotel was excellent, right outside of Old Town square. Only thing id say is the mattress was very firm and there was no elevator, so if you have large luggage that may be an issue. Very minor things though, id definitely recommend staying there!"

"Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. Except kitchen, commute was very good, carrefour xpress and restaurants are 2-5mins walk and central/old city, Tampa telecabina/mountain areas and property owner...
