"Room was quiet, has a nice view of pine trees a false sense of serene since it is facing the street not the slopes. Stayed in RM # 813, which is the first floor with peekaboo views of the mountains. Towels were old and room service did not leave enough coffee cartridges daily, had to call for additional. ..."

"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly.
