"The property is gorgeous and Villa everything you would expect from pictures. But beware, you are out in the country and the nearest town is 8- 10 minutes away. Food stores are a 20 minute drive as well. Check in communication was poor. I was unaware that property manager would be contacting me via What's App which is something I don't use. So we were stuck at the property for over 20 minutes waiting for our key. This could have been avoided with check-in instructions posted on their VRBO...

Firstly we had a very disastrous start to our holiday, the hire car company didn't take debit cardswhen we went to pick up the car, we were devastated as we knew we needed this car to get to the villa. "it was a nice location, clean, charming, good kitchen etc. the only thing I was disappointed in was the sleeping accommodations. the listing made it seem like it can sleep 9-10 guests. well technically it probably can if you use the couches etc. well anyway our apartment only had 2 bedrooms, so if you are traveling with single people that require their own bed this situation is not ideal. there's 2 bedrooms with a full/queen bed, very nice, but the other beds are one tiny twin bed in a seating...

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
