The cottage is located in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, 25 minutes from Angers, 1 hour 10 minutes from Nantes and its famous horse-riding machines, and 50 minutes from Saumur, the equestrian capital.
A large 87m² living room with bay windows and a wood-burning stove features two staircases leading to the four bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) is featured. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Upstairs, each bedroom has a shower room (with a hairdryer) and a separate toilet (two 80x200cm modular beds).
