L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

"La maison est spacieuse et climatisée (salon, chambres). Nous sommes bien accueilli par Yvan avec des boissons fraîches dans cette maison spacieuse. Nous sommes arrivés un peu en retard à cause du traffic de Turin mais pas de problème, Yvan s'adapte. La maison est proche de Turin et de ses magnifiques musées (L'Egypte, le cinéma, les voitures, le musée Reale). Très bon restaurants dans les environs: Darmagi à Mercenasco, Rezidenza del Lago à Candia, La Mugnaia à Ivrea... . Le petit jardin...

"The property was as pictured, including toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials. This is a perfect place for a big group, with 15 bed rooms and 14 beds (4 doubles). The was plenty of seating/table space in the kitchen. 3 bathrooms/ showers all together apart from the bedrooms. It's a short walk to bus stations and there is a shop across the street. Maria was very responsive and accommodating. We reported 2 broken shower heads which I've been told are now new."
