"Very small. Basically equipped. No oven. Bathroom stank of sewage. Unusable. Certainly too small to sleep up to 6 people. Ludicrous. There was no instruction of how to get into the property which had a key pad, no lights on, place in complete darkness. We rang the owner who didn't answer. Finally a man arrived who claimed not to know the owner.???? If that was true how did he know to come? He didn't know how to get in. "We stayed in a very comfortable family room. The room fitted all four single beds comfortably and the shower room was a good size. The location was fabulous, down a quiet side street but not far from Toledo’s many wonderful sights. I definitely would recommend this as a good base for a stay in Toledo."

"Frederique’s property is out of this world, myself and 10 friends stayed here and it was everything we wanted and more.
