"The place was amazing and the owners super friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. We highly recommend staying here. You will not want to leave. Incroyable."

"Lieu en campagne, très calme et la cour centrale est accueillante. Pour la chambre que nous occupions, l'entrée privée est interessante. Toutefois, il y a un manque d'isolation phonique avec la pièce commune. La SBD n'a pas de porte ou de rideau pour s'isoler et la porte coulissante des toilettes manque d'intimité. Le repas préparé par le propriétaire était très bon et le petit déjeuner continental correct."

"Lovely old house, very comfy with nice sized rooms, the home cooked food I had on my first night was excellent. Nice hosts who attend to what's needed but also leave you be so you feel you have privacy and solitude. Nice location for getting into Le Dorat. "

"Un petit chalet, au bord d'étang, dans la nature, simple, propre et pratique, avec une grande terrasse pour profiter du bon temps et de la vue, chaises longues et salon de jardin...de quoi passer un agréable séjour. Propriétaires sympas, attentifs juste comme il faut. Ils tiennent un pizzera ouverte 7 jours sur 7..De quoi se régaler aussi. Calme, quiétude, randonnées balisées sur place..."

There is a tiny table with two chairs outside the door and a larger space with garden furniture under a canopy further down the garden, although this would be more comfortable if it could be contrived to put it on level ground. The living space was fine for two people."

"We have just returned from a 2nt stay in this beautifully restored property in a quiet village location. Super welcome from the host on arrival and lovely welcome pack-a nice touch and welcome surprise! Excellent communication with Lesley before and throughout our stay. Very secure property for our 3yr old dog with large secure garden to side of property for off-street parking and occupant use only. Luxurious Chateau with Private Pool, Tennis and Par 3 Golf

"Our third year back at Chateau Jautrudon and the week seemed to fly by again. So much to do on site (tennis, swimming, golf, walks in the woods, games inside) and a few trips out (canoeing in Le Blanc, VeloRail at Chauvigny). Nice to see a few improvements in the kitchen plus the addition of a swing and basketball hoop."

"Everything and everyone were great at the Hôtel Emeraude. We were welcomed warmly, told where the room was which was bright and spacious and had air-con which was a bonus as it was a hot day. We were advised on where to park, breakfast and dining options. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and there is a lovely view on the lake from the terrace where we had dinner. I wouldhappily stay there again."

A little piece of Paradise.

"We have just spent a wonderful fourteen days staying in this impressive place. It was clean, very well equipped and fit for purpose. The courtyard with covered dining area and “plancha grill” for outdoor cooking were a great bonus. An impressive garden and plunge pool was also most appreciated. The host, Jo, was available personally or by phone to answer any questions. Her advice and guidance on local events and places to visit was invaluable. We look forward to returning soon. Ian."

"The property is set in a lovely hamlet where you can leave the doors and windows open all night with no worries. Both pools are excellent and regularly maintained by the host. There is everything you need provided in the well appointed kitchen. Yann is friendly and on hand to help when/if needed. I would thoroughly recommend if you want a relaxing time."
