"Our holiday in the Villa met all our high expectations. The Villa has superb accommodation and outside areas and facilities. The Management Company looked after a couple of issues which arose, including loss of hot water, very quickly. Makry Gialos is a fantastic and authentic resort, away from the tourist hot spots. We loved the view, the pool, the friendliness and responsiveness of the host, the usefulness of everything in the house. "Just back from a wonderful 10 days at Elounda Eleon Villas. Maria and Ilias are great hosts and Zetta a fantastic housekeeper who kept our villa spotlessly clean. Loved the location of our villa which had spectacular views to the sea. The pool was a welcome relief to the hot sun. The owners are lovely and make sure you have everything you need. We'll look forward to visiting again soon. "

"We were met by the owner on arrival & briefly showed around, we didn’t arrive until 1am so I’m not sure if he was tired but he was not very welcoming. The only welcome pack was 2 bottles of water, there was wine there but he advised this was €12 a bottle. He also advised that the gas to the cooker was turned off, so on a stove there were two rings for 10 people, which would never be enough. It was also not clear on the information that 4 of the beds were so separate with no access to main...
